All orders are shipped using DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) by default. This means that the customer (recipient) may be responsible for paying any import duties, customs fees, and local taxes that are assessed upon delivery to your country.
We ship to all 7 Central American countries: Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, and Belize. We accept payments in local currencies including GTQ (Quetzal), HNL (Lempira), NIO (Cordoba), CRC (Colon), and BZD (Belize Dollar) for price reference, with checkout processed in USD.
Important: As of August 2025, the United States has implemented changes to the de minimis threshold (previously $800 USD). Under the updated rules, certain shipments that were previously exempt from duties may now be subject to import taxes and customs fees. We advise all US-based customers to be aware of these changes and to review the latest CBP (Customs and Border Protection) guidelines before placing an order.
Ventas Guillen is not responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by US customs authorities. Any such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

All products shipped by Ventas Guillen are properly classified with Harmonized System (HS) codes. HS codes are internationally standardized numerical codes used to identify products for customs purposes. Proper classification ensures smoother customs clearance and reduces the risk of delays.
Every package shipped by Ventas Guillen includes a proper commercial invoice and customs declaration form. These documents contain:
All shipments include a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Tip: Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after shipment. International tracking may show limited updates while the package is in transit between countries.
